Ipad app crashes when scrolling template galley list and then the powerapps app loads the app at a reduced size.

Hi @Thomas_F,

I tested PowerApps App (Version 2.0.592) under Ipad (A1566), the scroll for Sample app works from my side.

Please take a check of the PowerApps verison, see if it needs update.

If issue insists, then please navigate to the Account details, at the bottom of the page, there would be session details, click it and share the Session ID here.

Powerapps up to date at Vrsn 2.0.592, Issue persists. The app doesnt crash immediately, it happens after about 5 mins of use. This problem has been ongoing on different apps across an ipad mini and an iphone 7 plus.

This is how the app reloads after the crash. The only way to resolve this is to fully close powerapps by double tapping the ipad home button and swiping up.

Hi Thomas_F,

Would it be available for you to reproduce this issue again with a minimal repro app created(with the information of the controls used)? Once finished, please share the corresponding Session ID.

The session ID you have shared didn't contain any information helpful enough for this issue.

In addition, are all your devices experiencing this issue under the same IOS version?

And if the IOS version is not latest, please try to upgrade the newest and test this again.

I've found the exact same issue. Only way to get app to load proper size for me is to either fully close PowerApps or to turn off the rotation lock that's on by default so that when it loads wrong can rotate iPad and when rotate back again it re-sizes to the correct size.

I have also just had the same issue, app crashes after short use. White screen for around 5 seconds then app reloads at a reduced size.

We are having this issue now on almost all iPad's when scrolling a gallery. The screen will go white and crash and upon re-launching the app the screen size is reduced until the app is closed out of completely.
