Which Mobile Device do the other members of your Organization use to run this app?
Which version of the PowerApps Mobile App within their Mobile Device?
I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My Mobile Device is Android mobile device, the version of PowerApps Mobile App within my mobile device is 3.18061.12 (the latest version is 3.18063.36).
Please check if the version of PowerApps Mobile App within their Mobile Device is the latest version, if not, please update it into the latest version, then check if the issue is solved.
Please also let the other members of your Organization open PowerApps for Web, then check if the shared app is existed within the Org apps part of Apps tab:
If the app is existed within the Org apps part of Apps tab, I think this issue is related to the PowerApps Mobile App within their Mobile Device.
In addition, please take a try with the following steps to check if the issue is solved:
- Open PowerApps Mobile App, then click "Refresh" button.
- Click "PowerApps" menu, then select "All apps".
