I created a Apps through Power Apps. I shared the Apps to my organization but the apps wont appear on their power apps on their phone. I was wondering how to fix this and make these accessible to my organization or what could be preventing them from being accessible?

Check they are looking under "All Apps" and not "My Apps", as they won't have any of their own.

(I think I've seen a suggestion that this is changed as a default, as it's very annoying!)

Thank you for the suggestion! This did not solve the issue, any other suggestions?

    Hi @Anonymous,

Which Mobile Device do the other members of your Organization use to run this app?

Which version of the PowerApps Mobile App within their Mobile Device?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My Mobile Device is Android mobile device, the version of PowerApps Mobile App within my mobile device is 3.18061.12 (the latest version is 3.18063.36).

Please check if the version of PowerApps Mobile App within their Mobile Device is the latest version, if not, please update it into the latest version, then check if the issue is solved.

Please also let the other members of your Organization open PowerApps for Web, then check if the shared app is existed within the Org apps part of Apps tab:6.JPG

If the app is existed within the Org apps part of Apps tab, I think this issue is related to the PowerApps Mobile App within their Mobile Device.

In addition, please take a try with the following steps to check if the issue is solved:

    1. Open PowerApps Mobile App, then click "Refresh" button.
    2. Click "PowerApps" menu, then select "All apps".

More details about running an app within Mobile Device, please check the following article:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/user/run-app-client

    Best regards,

    Kris

Thank you for the suggestion. It did not resolve my issue. I was wondering if maybe i do not have the rights to share with my whole organization seeing as i am an intern? Could that be a problem? Do i need certain permissions? When i add individuals, it works but not my organization as a whole.
