When I signed up to try to learn poweraps I was prompted to enter a work or school email address.  Don't remember exactly where or how, but now Microsoft says I have two accounts using the same email adress and it takes me in an endless loop of problems when I try to select a data source for my first app.  I can't create a support ticket because of the problem.  I can't go to any of the support sites for microsoft, and when I call the phone numbers for support that I have none of the phone options say "Powerapps", and I end up talking to someone who doesn't have a clue.

How can I contact someone at Microsoft who can delete the "Work or school account" associated with my email address?

    Hi @whitekn3,

So here you have successfully signed up for PowerApps with your work or school account, right?

If not, follow the article below:

    Self-service signup for PowerApps

Besides, could you please explain a bit for the following part:

    "

now Microsoft says I have two accounts using the same email adress and it takes me in an endless loop of problems when I try to select a data source for my first app

    "

So here you are trying PowerApps in Browser? Would you please share a screenshot of the error message?

If it is, then please take a try to clear your browser cache, then try to sign-in PowerApps again to check.

    Regards,

    Michael

The second link Self-service signup for PowerApps is the article that I followed which CREATED the problem.

You missed the point.  I can signin to PowerApps.  I am trying to use the Free Trial.   I can't create a connection, and I can't contact support, due to the account conflicts.  If I try to resign in i get this AFTER signing in: First sign of a probmplem.First sign of a probmplem. Then I get this again:Second time, same screen.Second time, same screen. That may show up a third or 4 time without ever taking me to a login screen.

If I click on the ? I am taken to the support page:  https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/.  Where I click on "Create Support Ticket".

If I "Signout and forget" I get back to here:

image.png  I am the "It Department".  That account was created when I following the article you posted the link to.  Both accounts have the same email address.  If I use the Work account, which I created when I tried to signup for the "Free community plan" I see a message that I haven't purchased power apps and it shows various support options.  If I call on the phone there is no path to "Power Apps" support.  If I try to post an account directly to support without clicking on the power apps link I am taken on a different circular journey to nowhere.

I want to totally delete, erase, obliterate, the  account that was created when I tried to sign up for the free community plan!  How do I do that!

    Hi @whitekn3,

Please check the following article for more details about the Cummunity plan:

    Announcing the PowerApps Community Plan

Per your description, it seems your Work or school account doesn't have a license for PowerApps.

Could you please share more information about how you created your Work or School account, it is an Office 365 Account?

PowerApps community Plan won't "Create a new account", it will just create a new personal environment for learning purpose.

Currently there is no parts mentioning how to end this plan. I will send the feedback from my side and let you know if there are any responses.

    Regards,

    Michael
