How to analyze which topics are being triggered the most

Hi community,

 

So currently in Bot Analytics, you can see which topics are Resolution/Escalation/Abandon rate drivers. Is there a place where I can simply see which topics are being triggered the most in general, not considering whether it has been resolved/escalated/abandoned?

    Look at this documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/analytics-sessions

     

    You'll be able to download sessions and look at the Topic Name triggered. Also, generate a report yourself in the Power BI or something like that.
