How to register for community version?

When logged into my Microsoft 365 account, i go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments.

Then i click 'open environment', and then 'Canvas app from blank'.

i don't get 'Community' option, only 'Trial' option.

"Hi John, We need some information to set up your free trial. By choosing Start my trial, you agree to the PowerApps terms of use and Microsoft privacy statement. Cancel button, Start Trial button."

How to get the Community option?

Please note that as the name suggests, this is a personal environment for individual use. That being said, the thing I like about this is that it never expires, unlike the trial environment.
