System Error on générative answers

Good morning incredible folks,

I hope you have a lovely day.

I am using generative AI with Azure OpenAI in Copilot Studio. Every so often, a question will fail (the system doesn't think, it answers too quickly that it didn't find any interesting documents and asking the same question twice in a row gives an anwer the second time). It happens quite often and I don't think it is due to a slow start because it can happen in the middle of a conversation.

When I look in the analysis tab, it appears as a SystemError :

Nothing appears in my Azure Logs. Any suggestion to avoid this mistake or retry automatically when there is an error ?

Hi,

If the system fails to give you an answer by going blank, You can add a condition as seen below:
Works like a charm.

Thank you for your answer, however that is not exactly what I want.

My problem is : at random the system fails. I have a SystemError with no explanations : apologies are nice but I want it to restart (ask the question again when the error comes from a SystemError) or not to fail in the first place.

I can't seem to access the cause of the failure from copilot studio though.
