According to my project requirements, I need to send the survey form to users whose records were automatically created in the PowerApps entity (msfp_customervoicesurveyresponse). However, recently, records are not being created in the Dataverse when the form is filled out. I have two environments for my project: the production environment is working perfectly fine, but the development environment suddenly started experiencing this issue.
