I have been working on a scheduling App and there is a small issue that I came across. 10% of our group has France (French) turned on because of their language and how IT has their MS accounts set up.
I noticed when writing data from the APP to the SP List, I am seeing DD/MM/YYYY from the 10% which totally screws with the inserted data.
I am sure there is a way to normalize the input from the calendar selector but it has me stumped.
Does anyone have a quick fix for me?

I was actually just messing around with this on Friday, and it's weird. Once you change a date over to European it doesn't seem to come back just by wrapping it up in a dtv with, "en-US" anymore the conversion get's lost.
What I would recommend, unless someone else has a better idea, throw this in the onchange of your calendar

UpdateContext({monthSelect:Month(Self.SelectedDate), daySelect:Day(Self.SelectedDate), yearSelect:Year(Self.SelectedDate)})
and then reference your date like so,
DateTimeValue(monthSelect&"/"&daySelect&"/"&yearSelect,"en-US")
let me know if that sends the date to sharepoint correctly. I think it should
