Hi, new to power apps and trying to see if it will suit my requirements. I'm looking to create a system that allows us to create a quote we can send to our customers.
The quote will look like a standard quote so dates, line items i.e. widget 1 = £2, widget 2 = £3 and then have a total.
I'd like to be able to send an email from the app to our customer with a link to load a form which displays the quote where the user can make payment.
I'd like to make it as frictionless as possible so in most cases the user won't have a password, I was hoping the link from the email would bring up their relevant quote and allow them to pay without having to sign in.
Is this possible to do? Thanks.
Hi @DannyBUK ,
We use Cognito Forms extensively and they can be pre-populated in the launching URL as well as a heap of other programmable features.

Thanks for the help on this and sorry for the late reply. Ok, that answer the question on the portal. Would you have any other suggestions, I could perhaps host a page on my website or do you know of a third part service? Your suggestion on the forms wouldn't really work as it would need to be pre-populated. My main aim is to be able to send a user a quote that they can modify or contains optional lines. e.g. I send a quote for a pair of shoes with the option of selecting e.g. shoe polish and it would then add to the total. The user would then pay for this quote by card payment. The quote would be in response to enquiries we receive via our website. Thanks.
Hi @DannyBUK ,
Just checking if you got the result you were looking for on this thread. Happy to help further if not.

Hi @DannyBUK ,
You cannot share Power Apps anonymously (the user needs a licence), so you the customer cannot access that app form. You could do a Microsoft Form with the details and use a Flow to put that back in the data source. One drawback is that you cannot "pre-populate" MS Forms from the launch URL, so you would have to rely on them to enter the correct account number.
