Cant get sign on to work in teams

I built a bot in Copilot studio, enabled it for SSO, sign on, etc. everything works.

I exported the teams set up to zip and added it in Teams.

I was able to install into Chat.

But the first thing it does is say I need to login, but doesn't give me the login button like in my test app?

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

@Mattw112IG - Have you enabled Authentication via Teams and Teams as a channel.

no following all the instructions I found online, they say to use "Manual" unless I'm reading those wrong? I want to be able to use internal SharePoint data sources as well as external sites.

You're right @Mattw112IG if you need to use generative answers on a SharePoint data source, you need to set up manual auth:

yes those are some of the articles I have read. Like I said I have got everything working in test chat. It says I need to log in, I click the button, it redirects me to a valdiation code, etc...

Then I exported to zip file, imported into Teams. It prompts me about logging in but it never gives me the button to press to get a code or login or anything?

Anyone else have ideas? I have a meeting in like an hour internally to discuss if we are going to go this route.

@Mat @ManikandanS Could you solve this? Facing a smilar issue. The bot works in copilotstudio and has sharepoint access but not in teams. There no replies or useless answers are provided.

I went back to basics. Start over dont add any SSO or anything. Get it to work at basic level. then keep adding on to it if needed. I found that I didn't need to do all the stuff I was trying to do, it just works.
