I tried creating an App from a SharepointOnline list and got the following error message:
"message": "{\"error_description\":\"Invalid JWT token. Could not resolve issuer token.\"}
I can send in the detailed error message if needed.

I just created an app from SharePoint online list here and it created successfully. In that case, would you please try with another list and with another browser? Also, try to clear cache in IE.

In my case i suspect it's caused by the fact that I had re-stored the Sharepoint Site from backup. I have other sites that are working okay.
@RuiBarbosayou could try exporting content from your list, create a new list in a test site (or even the same site) import the content and try again, you could even try a new list without the Content to see if that works.
