Hi Community,
I am new to PVA and I am following the PVA lab and I got stuck here where the lab shows "End the conversation-> Transfer to Agent (first screenshot) but I don't see it in my Teams-PVA (second screenshot):

If you’re building this bot inside of teams, you can only end on survey.
Building the bot in the PVA portal with PVA license is required to transfer to live agent.
