Power App pointing to wrong file

I have a file structure where an Excel file is referenced by flows and a Power App.  If I change the name and/or location of the Excel file, the programs still point to the old renamed or relocated file even though all the programs still reference the original file name.  How can I get the Power programs to always point to one constant file name and location?

    Sorry for the delay.

Apologies I am not following, let me try to restate it (could be I am tired). You wrote the following:

--How are you referencing it in the App? And Flows? Environment Variable

This one I am confused by, you said the programs still point at the old renamed or relocated file.
Ok you mean your program still is pointing at the original file not the new one?

How can I get the Power programs to always point to one constant file name and location?

If you want your flows and Apps to always point to the right file, regardless of if you rename or move it, you need to configure 1 of 2 things
    a) an Environment variable where you can update it. You can update these in each environment and the next time someone accesses the file
    b) or use a configuration list or file, where you would have those apps or flows grab it from the list every time it runs

If this helps, I'd appreciate if you can mark is as such and maybe a like.

if you still need help afterwards please let me know and happy to help.
