One file attachment limitation in Dataverse

I am using Dataverse tables to store customer data in my PowerApps Canvas application.

I wish to know - how to attach multiple files in form or using attachment control with Dataverse in Canvas app.

I am unable to attach more than 1 file in attachment.

Any ideas/possible solutions/ code samples for multiple file attachments?

    Hi @Bradblr2020,

     

    The file column only stores one file for one record.

    If you want to store multiple files in one record, please try to turn on Enable attachments setting.

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    Your suggestion does not work for Dataverse tables.

    I have set enable attachment settings in Edit Table. I have also set Max attachments = 10 and MaxAttachmentSize=12.

    I tried uploading 3 text files of less than 200KB size.

    Form saved first file only.

     

    Any other suggestions/ ideas.

    Hi @Bradblr2020 

     

    As per OOB you cannot achieve the Same because we can upload only one image inside the table.

     

    How to Achieve :

     

    1. Create a TimeLine and make sure Notes available

     

    2. Pass the Data from Canvas PowerApps to Power Automate

     

    3. Create Record in Notes (in Power Automate) and Associate the Notes to the Respective Parent Record.
