Hello everybody
I'm creating a power apps that inserts a record in a sharepoint list and starts an approval flow passing the id of the item to be approved as input. The flow works, but fails to set the approved content status (error 502 badgateway). All the examples I've seen, the approval flow is triggered via "when new item is created" this way works for me, but I would like the flow to be triggered via power apps. it's possible?
Regards
Work's in my flow too, but only when i'm the approver, when someone else approves "set content approval" stop working with badgateway error.
It works in my flow.
SanshubhLubal thank you for your interest.
That's actually what I'm doing. But I have a problem in the flow, let me explain better: once the flow is started and then approval, after I receive an approval response, I can't set the content status to Approve, this in the flow: I receive a 502 BadGateway error.
Yes, you can also create a flow that can trigger from Powerapps.
In this picture you can see PowerAutomate Icon in Left naviagtion bar and you can create or edit flow from here.
You can also edit those flow from Power Automate.
and this is picture what chat GPT said
From Power Apps?
Yes you can use Approval action in any flow(Schedule, Mannual trigger, ...)
