Crawling on website that was added as a knowledge source

Dear Community,

How often changes added to website (that is using as a knowledge source for agent in MS Copilot Studio) will be available in MS Copilot agent? How often Bing does indexing?

Hello,

Bing does indexing based on various factors - for new sites it might take some time for it to be indexed. Others are updated regularly, I didn't find any particular information on how often it's done.

Hi IM-19081311-0,

It is a black box till now and we dont have any information on how often it is done. But from what i have tested, if i wanted to update the copilot knowledge source with updated information quickly, we might need to remove the knowledge source and re-add it again and re-publish the bot.

This works fine in the case if the website is not so heavy.

If your website has lots of pages to be indexed, then we just have to wait for the new information to be updated by copilot instead of indexing the whole site again.
