Hello everyone,
I have an app that is built on dataverse and it's used by multiple users, often at the same time.
The issue I'm having is that when a user adds a new record or edits, it's not showing up for other users until they refresh the app.
I don't have any collections, just a straight connection to Dataverse in a gallery.
Is there something I'm missing?
Is the only way to achieve a refreshing dataverse connection to build a timer and refresh it every XX seconds?

There's nothing OOB for this, as it requires continuous server polling by the client, unless you're using customer service workspace (CSW) or omni channel like applications and using their built in notification capabilities. Having said that, you could always build a custom Canvas app or JS based web resource and have a timer based refresh.
