Came in this morning and can no longer share apps

Came into work this morning and can no longer share any app, even when I'm the owner/co-owner. Contacted our Network Admin, and my accounts permissions haven't been changed at all. Attached screenshot shows all the info I have, link takes me to a how to share app page which doesn't address this error.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    It may be that your sharing permission has been cancelled.

    Please check it.
