I am building an app using Microsoft Flow for some events. However when I share this app with someone in my organization, the flows won't run.
There is no option to share the flows wich I think may be the problem, should this be required? Is there any workaround?

Hi,
When you share an app with other users, Flows in the apps also can be used by others. However, the users need to type their credentials to connect to the connection which is used in Flow when they open the app.
If the credentials that the users provide don't have enough permissions to run the flow event(like adding something into a data source), the flow will not run.
So, for this issue, check the events in flow, and please make sure users' credentials for the flow connection has proper permissions on the data source that the flow is changing/reading.
