Display the preferred language form in a web template

Hello,

I have created a custom profile page, and I would like to display the form that allows the user to choose its language in it, the same way it is displayed in the basic/classical Profile page.

Is there a possibility to access to this data ?

Hi, how did you customize your profile page? are you still using a Dataverse table/entity form? if yes, all you need to is reference the Preferred Language into that form

It's basically a field/column from the Contact table

Thank you for your answer.
I created a simple HTML template, without any form or anything coming from the portal, I just want to display a sort of dropdown with the portal languages and let the user choose which one he wants to be linked to.

I found the Language table, I guess I just need to add ajax code in order to insert the user's choice into its language field. I will try this way and I tell you if it does the job.

Using Entity Forms is actually simpler that what you might think

You can create a new Dataverse form for the Contact table, all you need to display in the form is the Preferred Language field.. now back in the Portals, create an Entity Form (Basic Form) and relate to the new Dataverse Contact Form

Now you can add this Entity Form to your Web Page and that's it, you have the preferred language already populated and saving the data against the Contact record
