Custom Connector to Geo Tab

Has anyone successfully built a custom connector to the service Geo Tab? I am new to creating custom connectors. On the Geo Tab site I'm seeing this document that says it's possible to connect to Power BI but it looks very complicated: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PEY6L5i3UlVV-5S9FaAV0MHnReCl9vgLxs_mLs26yVo/edit#heading=h.z27x8yefc1ly

 

Any ideas?
