Hi everyone,

We're having issues with some of our users using Power Apps, comes up with below. 3 out of 10 users are having this issue. Only one app is having the error. Been happening for 2 weeks, thought it would fix itself and by clearing cache.

Tried on different phones, web browsers, no luck.

Thanks

We're having this issue with just one user too, tried everything, cache, cookies, refreshing connectors, incognito, checking 3rd party cookie blocker, removing and re-adding permissions, licensing permissions.
She can get on our other powerapps no problem, but over 2 days this has persisted now. No one else is having an issue.

Hiya, did you manage to fix the issue?

We're on a hybrid environment, I think for our case, the only way to fix is to create a new user on AD and transfer everything to the new account.

Yeah we did, I'm not sure exactly which of these was the exact thing that fixed it but I'll list what I did:

    • Got her to delete her PowerApps connections / sign out of powerapps platform completely
    • In 365 Admin centre under Licenses and Apps, removed her access to PowerApps and her PowerAutomate free license
    • Removed her from the SharePoint site as a member
    • Waited a couple hours
    • Added her back to everything, and license/apps, except this time I added her as a singular user to our PowerApp and as a co-owner.
    • When she went back to the app, the connectors got her to sign in again - she then got in no problem
    • I went back and changed her access to the app to User only, and she's had no problems since

Thanks for that, in our case, since transferring data to the new account was a pain. Decided just to compare and match users AD attributes with a working account, seems to have worked still a pain.

Also, for one of the users, noticed the connections on make.powerapps.com was empty. Deleted the sharepoint account under ...More --> Connections
