Hello Expert .

Cannot select contact list element and populate contact list

I press on edit button of contact list .

I m getting an error message. Error ID 7dc78e18-e129-43b6-a6e9-c200f1efbe

Do you have any suggestion ?

Hello,

It's difficult to say what the problem is without a deep investigation from CSS.
I would suggest making sure you have a form connected to that edit button and that form is working in CRM.
The edit should open the record via Record ID so make sure this is checked on the form.

If you are still unable to resolve your issue, I would recommend opening a support case for investigation.
