Human in the Loop - Request for Information

A human in the loop will not always be able to provide response within 2 minutes, at which point the agent flow times out.
I would like to make something like where I record the ID of the RFI request , let the flow time out, send message back that I have asked for information.
Now when people respond, I get notified through a trigger and then I send proactive message to agent back
Is that possible or is there some other workaround where human cannot provide information response in 2 minutes.

    You create a child flow for making Human in The Loop / Request for Information call.
    This child flow will no longer have 2 minute criteria.
    Once human responds, you trigger an agent with the prompt. 
     
    Your main agent
    -> Calls the Parent Flow
    -> Parent flow calls Child Flow (with conversation context)
    -> Parent Flow respond backs to main agent within 2 minutes that I have initiated the request for information
    -> Human responds to child flow (within 28 days)
    -> Child flow triggers agent with the prompt (with human response and conversation text).
