Issue Droplist in publish app

Hi,
 
When I am editing Power Apps and previewing the application, the drop-down list is displayed, but when I run the application from the version that is published on the WEB, the list is not displayed???
What could it be?

    What is the Items of the drop-down and is it a drop-down or Combo Box. Also please try the same code with a Classic version of the control and see if that works.

    This is a Combo Box.

    Definitely should display -  did you try the Classic Combo Box I suggested ?
