patch multiple items (update record)

I have a Patch function where I'm updating 3 columns into the SP List. When it does this, it's creating a brand new record vs. updating the record that is selected in the gallery. See below in yellow - any ideas on what I may need to do so it updates that record vs creating a brand new one?
