I do not see an authentication card

I want to add an authentication card to my bot but It is not popping up when I click call an action. I have already set up authentication in the manage section.

    Hi Partner,

     

    Do you have an integration with Omnichannel as well, as authentication card is not supported with integration with Omnichannel
