strikethrough sort in the last position of gallery

Hello, I'm using powerapps to develop a gallery with task lists, I added a checkbox with the name of the task, a separator3 and a Title3, my idea is that when I mark the checkbox, it tacks the text and moves it to the last position as per the my image a bass

changes should only be done in powerapps for each user make their own

gallery name = taskList
name title = Title3 code in Title3 = ThisItem.Title

Data source structure in sharepoint where each column is separated by a comma
ID, myTask, DueDate, Modified, Created, Created By, Modified By, Role, formU

If you want the changes to only be made in Power Apps then you will need to use a local collection that copies the tasks from SharePoint. Otherwise the changes you make will be made in the data source, SharePoint. For the rest, make sure to add a column to reflect the checkbox state and then sort on that column to always have the unchecked items at the top.
