Hi,

In the screen before the on of which you posted the screenshot, select one of the other options instead of connect external data:

These options will take you to an experience where you can work with Datavers.

In-addition to the below point, a Power Apps license does not automatically include a Business Central license. While Power Apps can be used with Business Central, it requires a separate Business Central license.
