Importing from Excel problems - ongoing customer services ticket for 5 months and no resolution

HI all,

I posted about this a few months ago but I'm starting a new thread out of shear frustration with MS support. I raised a ticked 5 months ago and I'm still no closer to a resolution,

I have attached 3 files:

T1 is just a test file with junk info.
T2 is client data exported from somewhere then copy/paste into a new excel file
T3 is client data from the same source again copy/paste into a new excel file

I ran the following tests with the results shown.
  1. Create a table using the 'Import>Import data>Excel workbook' route
    1. File T1 = table is created and is fully populated
    2. File T2 = table is created and is fully populated
    3. File T3 = 3 attempts but no table
  2. Create a table using the 'Create with Excel' route
    1. T1 = table created but only 20 rows
    2. T2 = table created but only 20 rows
    3. T3 = table created but only 20 rows
MS Support have been completely useless in this with minimal information other than to ask me to run these tests repeatedly, they haven't communicated anything with regards to what the issue might be.

Because of these tests my assumption is that there is something in the T3 files which causes Power Apps to fail completely however I'm not a data person so wouldn't even know where to look.

Have any of you got any ideas? Also who can I escalate this to? I have a client demo scheduled for 2 weeks from now and at this rate I will lose the business.

Best regards,

S

    Hi MrGiant
You did not say what data source you were using (I am assuming SharePoint), but you might consider going down the Power Automate path (this video is a good start), or are you are trying to bring it all in as static data in the app ?

So this is now closed....the column headers need to be lower case. If they aren't it messes up the schema id.
