I created entity get the data from other source and i have a text field Email1. I want to filter the entity record view according to the login portal user email vs Email1 field . Again Email1 is a text field not a lookup and already contain values .

What do you mean by other source? is it a Virtual Entity?

I want to filter the entity record view

do you mean entity list?

have you looked into entity permissions or entity list filtering?
