Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I am looking for a way to update Entity Closed list with either a workflow or an API. The reason I want to use an entity is because I want to be able to auto recognize and populate variables based on user's message using "Identify", the only other solution I can think of to this is using power automate but that wouldn't do smart matching and spell checks(At least to my knowledge).
