As an administrator of my environment, i am not able to open custom page that i don't own. The custom pages are not behaving like the canvas apps so an owner cannot share the custom pages with other members.

We receive the following message: You are missing the necessary privilege to edit the selected Page.

Also i tried to set the owner with a power automate flow using the action Set App Owner (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/powerappsforadmins/#set-app-owner), the flow does not recognize the custom page using its schema name on the environment. (looks like this action is only serving for canvas app and not yet supporting custom pages).
