how to check condition before run automate flow in model driven app

hello everyone 

I'm use to checking conditions with API by javascript for in my form (which is writing all the function on the button) but seem like ms is not support to edit the default button on command bar yet

 

so is there any way I can check conditions before the user clicks to run a flow or write a new button to trigger the flow by javascript ?

    What you can do is check in the flow if the condition is met, and if not email the user what wrong.

     

    Another way is that you can use a trigger condition which will make the flow not run at all if the condition isnt met.
