Hi - Within the Power Apps is the Timeline to send emails. This works well and the emails sent reflect in my Outlook App on my Mac. However, when there is a response on the email, it appears in Outlook but not on the Timeline view. How do I get the emails to synchronise to the Timeline?

What kind of entity are you sending the emails from? Are you on a Contact record?

In your Outlook app do you see a "Tracked to dynamics" tag on the email?

Hi Mark. The table is standard and I do not get the tag "Tracked to Dynamics" on the outgoing or incoming email
