Hi,
I have a option set "Type" on case form. It has two values- "Help" and "Support"
Based on the value of "Type", I want to add create a flow that adds the case to the particular queue.
Name of the queue is also "Help" and "Support"

my suggestion is to create an automated flow with the trigger: When a row is added, modified or deleted. Based on the filled Type you can add the item in the right queue.

I tried doing the same but I get stuck with the add action step of the flow.
1. I have used trigger as "When a row is added, modified or deleted"
2. I have added condition to check for value of "Type".
3. If condition is Yes, I need to perform some action.
I am stuck on third option. What action to add? Should I add record in Queue or Queue item.
