Hello Experts,

Hello from a Newbie here 🙂

I am creating a chatbot from MS Teams using power virtual agent. I have build quite few options and its working Good as of now. I have got a question that:

"What if I could disable user response FROM typing in message/text pane in MS Teams; after use says very first message(greetings message basically)?" So that user can only select options from given by chatbot and shouldn't get Type/Message box enabled until chat is completed.

Would be grateful if you could guide me here for same, THANK YOU!!

Hi @RavinderSingh - you basically want to disable message box in Teams which is not something PVA control as far as I know.
