Hi All,I am new to Power Apps.Can someone help me how to create a note and attach an image to notes when submitting records to the cds. I have done lot of research, but I can't able to find the solution. Thanks in advance.
Creating attachments is much easier using an edit form, because it will give you an attachment field control to add your file.to.
Also there is a new field type called file that lets you upload to a field.

I can't use forms because I want this app to work even when it is offline. Here is my code for Patch(Feedback), Patch (Notes).
Right now the feedback patch works totally fine. But I also need notes to be created for the same record of feedback. I know my Patch(Notes) has some errors.Thanks in Advance.
