We have configured and published PVA Chatbot which is integrated with Dynamic 365 CRM LiveChat.
During Chatbot when customer says they want to connect to Agent we transfer the request to LIVE CHAT in Dynamic 365 Customer service crm.
Now what we want is instead of transfering to LiveChat in CRM , transfer to MS teams group.
Please guide how can we achieve this
