When doing collaborative authoring in Microsoft Co-pilot Studio, is it possible that other users can edit and test the flows but not publish it. Can I stop them from publishing the bot as a owner when providing the access?
All copilot authors of a copilot have access to publish. Usually, customers set up ALM with their copilots on dev/test/prod environments and don’t give authors access to test/prod copilots.
Hi everyone, I have integrated a co-pilot to one of our Microsoft Team Channels where we store a lot of our documents but some members have access to the co-pilot and some don't. We've checked admin permissions and that's not the problem. So its a mystery. Anyone help please?
