Hi all, I'm planning to create a few apps to be used by the whole company. These apps can be triggered by anyone with a power license.

I don't want to use the default environment for this so planning to create DEV-TEST-PROD environments and assign roles to each of them with Basic users in PROD for everyone in the company (aligned to the relevant Entra ID groups).

Is this ok or I am missing anything else to consider with apps that are shared widely to all users? Like a better environment strategy approach, etc.

What you have in mind it is good. I would recommend to apply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) to be able to control the solution that will be deployed from DEV to Test and Production. This will help you to deliver more reliable applications.
