I have a power app that stores photos on a sharepoint backend. I need to give access to a set of our companies B2B 'Partners'. We also would like them to access SQL Server too. Having trouble figuring out which MS licenses are required to run the app. Currently have Power Apps (power app front end) and MS Project Essentials (solves the Sharepoint one) but still have issues because it prompts for SQL Server license. What is the standalone SQL Server license that I can assign to these partners to allow that part of the app to run?

Could you please share a little more detail on the SQL server you are running? Is it a managed SQL database running on Microsoft Azure, or an on-premise one?
Could you share a screenshot of the prompt you mentioned?
