Bot get error code: SystemError

Hello,

My bot in Power Virtual Agents is working just fine with almost question. With some question, bot get error "Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: c8c53b99-809c-48de-8efe-865cc8cefb37. Time (UTC): 11/20/2023 4:10:08 AM."

My Bot app ID is 5f7b4162-a8ef-430c-9d92-574bc2ccc521

Is there a way to identify/handle this error and configure some standard response. I tried to handle it in the OnError topic but it did not help.

Can you share a bit more details about your bot? Might be useful for troubleshooting.
