Modern command bar shows incorrect version numbers above 100

Once of the features of the modern command bar is an option to show the version history of the app. However, for apps with a large number of versions, the history shows the latest version as 100 rather than the true value.

 

Here are my latest app versions as shown in the command bar under App version history:

Here is the same information in the Versions tab of the app's Details page:

    I would add, that even when not editing the app, just navigating to the versions, it takes ages to get the list of versions (if you have many), like the entire app is being downloaded for each version...
