I have created ChatBot on Microsoft Copilot Studio.
I use Generative AI to answer user query.
I have set up - "Copilot content moderation" as High
I have uploaded 4 pdf documents as a source.
Right now we are in the testing Faze.
Client is not satisfied with the answers provided by Bot.
We are looking for the way to improve the answers.
I can see that there is option to rate GenAI response "Thumb up" & "Thump down"
I have found the following information about "thumbs" in documentation
It looks like the thumbs provide information for Microsoft to improve the model in general not the specific instance.
My question is:
1. Can I use "Thumb up" & "Thumb down" to improve the quality of GenAI answers or is this only the feedback sent to Microsoft?
2. What are others ways to improve the quality of GenAI answers.
