    Hi @Alicito ,

    I have several inside custom cards - have you tried that?

    Thanks Warren, I have tried that as work around however the custom card should have a connection to data source which is a form that update the " sharepoint list".

    Hi @Alicito ,

    It also should paste into any other card - you just have to unlock it first.

    Not sure if this applies here - but there are some controls that are not supported when nested inside other structures such as Sections/Datacards/Forms.

    An example is the Gallery control - if you try to insert a Gallery control from the menu into a Form/Datacard you will find the Insert Gallery button is disabled. You can however bypass this by copying/cutting a gallery and pasting it into the Datacard instead. I had assumed that this was just a UI bug in Studio but it turns out it is not a 'supported scenario' and Galleries inside Datacards don't work properly (unless it has changed, galleries with delegable data sources displayed the results 101-200 not 1-100).

    I would advise caution if Studio blocks you from inserting a control but you are able to bypass with copy/paste.

    I haven't used canvases or forms in my Apps for a long time, so not that familiar with the latest info on this, but I have had to fix a few Apps built by other makers and have hit the embedded gallery issue.

    I tried, it doesnt work even when you unblock the card

    I think Paul is on the money, however I have over come this by disabling the view of the form and using a new pen and add the pen name inside the form card and it work

    @Alicito ,

    Interesting as I tested the function with a Pen Input on several Data Cards in forms and it worked every time (and I use this myself regularly in apps). I have however struck what @PaulD1 is referring to with galleries on occasions and generally have to put another control in the card (it can be a label) and select it before inserting the gallery.
