Without Trigger phase, how to send message to user?

Hi, i have a bot like this

but it will get started only if i use trigger phases
how can i display a message to user without saying any trigger messages

    In the production version of PVA, you can follow these steps to have the bot proactively start the conversation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/configure-bot-greeting

     

    In the unified authoring canvas, there is now a default ‘Conversation Start’ topic: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/preview/authoring-system-topics
