Hi All,

I have a powerapp that has been working fine. The app received it data source from sharepoint list. The list will be updated on the end of each month on the item (month) for the following month. Now the app dropdown list is not displaying beyond the 7 entrees which is the month May 2025, even the list is already has it. I am using the app as an checklist purpose. Is there something i need to do to show May 2025 or increase the entrees view?
Thank you

    hey

    maybe you need to make sure to refresh the datasource

    you can put ot on app-onstart or onvisible of first screen simply use Refresh(NameofDataSource) you just need to insert the name of your SP list.

    The issue is that Distinct is not supported with Delegation. Increase your Data Row Limit to more than the number of records in your list (max 2,000). The other thing you can do to get only the newest items
    Distinct(
       Sort(
          'Exit/Emergency List List 2',
          ID,
          SortOrder.Descending
       ),
       Title
    )

    Thanks for the formula! It works and I will change the list row limit.
