Dear,
Is there any "standard" way to define record templates that can be used when creating a new record?
For example multiple Project templates each having a set of predefined tasks depending on the type of project;
In the past I have created a custom entity "project_template" with a relationship to "Project Tasks"; in the "project" table I would add a lookup field "project template" and if that field is populated it would trigger a power automate flow that copies all the tasks in the project template to the new project... I find this concept quite cumbersome
