Improve PowerApps Ideas forum

Please consolidate the categories used in the Ideas forum, many of them are very similar, i.e, connectors has 6 different variations, and this makes it harder to find similar ideas. The whole listing of ideas needs some major cleanup, there are thousands without an assigned status.

Thanks, one way to make it better would be to have a predefined list of categories that we could pick from instead of the current ad-hoc approach in which everyone can enter anything.
